Cardi wore a gorgeous wig from Tokyo Stylez that had the same cool and icy tone as her dress. Cardi B posed for a picture with her backside facing the camera, ensuring that her fans got a good view of her famous curves. The dress is called the BB 02 and it retails for about $150.
