11.50am: Not long to go now until the draw gets underway in Nyom, Switzerland at noon.
A host of Champions League teams have dropped down into the tournament at this stage – much to the disgust of Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho.
“It brings more quality to the competition,” he said. “We cannot forget that. When you have eight new teams in the competition that belong to another level, of course the level of the competition is going to improve.
“When the quality improves, the attention improves. That is a good thing for the competition, but from the sporting point of view it’s not fair that a team that doesn’t succeed in one competition drops to another.”
11.30am: Good morning and welcome to Express Sport’s live blog of the Europa League last-32 draw.
All of the British teams are seeded so they will take on unseeded opponents in the next round.
However, they cannot be drawn against a team from their group stages.
That means Arsenal cannot face Molde, Rangers will avoid Benfica, Leicester will not play Braga and Tottenham will not meet Royal Antwerp.

How will the draw work?
The draw will follow a similar pattern to previous seasons.
Seeded teams will be drawn against non-seeded teams, with the seeded teams playing away from home in the first leg.
No team can play against a club from their own country, or the same group that they qualified from
Matches are to be played on February 18, with second legs on February 25.
