LG Smart TVs upgraded with must-have feature for iPhone and iPad owners
AS PROMISED, LG has started to roll-out a software update to its Smart TVs bringing support for Apple’s AirPlay 2 and HomeKit features – both incredibly handy new additions for iPhone and iPad owners.
LG has finally started to roll out the ability to use AirPlay 2 and HomeKit on its Smart TVs from 2018 onwards – something the South Korean company promised back in September, when the Apple TV app started to land on these sets. As with other models, this is a phased rollout, so it could take a little while before the new functionality is available in your home… even if your neighbour is already able to take advantage on their LG telly.
