Obama brands Putin ‘ward boss’ with nukes as Russian leader fails to accept Biden as POTUS
In his memoir, titled ‘A Promised Land’, the former president describes Mr Putin as “like a ward boss, except with nukes and a UN Security Council veto”. He also suggests Mr Putin is distrustful of others, describing the way the former KGB officer does business with “those outside” his tribe.
